For peak season (Valentine's Day and Mother's Day), we are unable to guarantee to accept changes to orders within 72 hours of the intended delivery date.
Orders can normally be cancelled up to 72 hours before the intended delivery date providing we are able to cancel the flower order. You can cancel your order by telephoning the shop on 01744 21442. Please note that once orders have been ‘assigned to production, orders cannot be cancelled as we have normally placed our order and made preparations of booking staff and stock ? we thank you for your understanding in these circumstances , Depending on the work there may be a charge for booking the day for the job as we have allocated that time for the job and it would be unlikely that we are able to find a replacement customer at short notice, please only book if you accept these terms
Occasionally, card details that are entered correctly and backed by sufficient funds are not validated because the card issuer is performing a random security check. In these cases, although we'll have received your order, we'll need to take payment over the phone. We'll call you as soon as possible in these circumstances.
We offer a number of timed delivery options. However, please note that other than these standard delivery options, we are unable to guarantee specific and exact times for delivery but will always try out best to deliver as close to the agreed time as possible. Please only book you order if you accept these terms
Free Local delivery means within 2.5 miles of the shop, We offer to deliver outside this area for a small additional charge, please ask for details.As a small business we are unble to offer delivery outside of St Helens borough
All floral products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties or if the flowers we have received from our growers that are needed to make up your order do not meet our high quality standards, we reserve the right to substitute any product with an alternate product of a similar style and equivalent (or greater) value and quality. Where this is necessary, and the substitution is significant, we will try to contact you.
Please note that foliage and sundries (including vases) may be substituted without notice.
If we are unable to contact you via the contact methods provided prior to the time that we make up your order, we will assume that you accept the substitution.
We expect our customers to be 100% satisfied with the flowers we supply, if, in the event of a complaint, please contact us in the first instance, it's very important that we are made aware of any issues that you have when purchasing from Maritas Flowers. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for issues outside of our control, such as incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer or refused deliveries (for example, a refused delivery to a hospital).
Please note that any compensation will be in the form of a credit note for use in a future order. We are unable to provide any other form of financial compensation under any circumstances. This does not affect your statutory rights.
