Q1. Do you offer contactless collection and delivery?
Answer: Yes, all our staff are Covid trained and we are happy to arrange contactless collection or delivery.

Q2. Do You offer a delivery service?
Answer: Yes we offer a local delivery service which includes St Helens, Billinge, Newton Le Willows, Rainford and Rainhill.

Q3. Do You accept credit and debit cards?
Answer: We accept debit cards, up to the value of £75, if you wish to pay above this amount we can either take cash payment or we can provide bank details so you can make a direct payment for the service, for international orders, Ideally, we prefer electronic payment due to international processing costs, we can provide our IBAN details upon request, alternatively contact us and we can discuss other available options

Q4. What are your opening times?
Answer: Monday to Friday 10 till 4 pm and Saturday 9.00 until 12 noon, Closed on Sunday Out of hours please email info@maritasflowers.co.uk

Q5. What services do you offer?
Answer: We sell fresh Flowers, Bouquets, Silk Arrangements, Wedding Flowers, Funeral Flowers and Tributes, Balloons, Greetings cards and Gifts.

Q6. How Long have you been established and who are you?
Answer: We have been established since 2007, we are a local family firm, I myself am of Scandinavian origin and have lived in St.Helens since the mid-1980s, The local community have been the support and lifeblood of this business and I am proud to work and serve the people of St.Helens and hope that in return, we provide a valued service for the local community.

Q7. Do you have available parking facilities?
Answer: On most days parking is good and is directly outside of the shop, we have a ramp that can be made available for disabled or wheel chair customers, at busy times including Mother's day and Valentines it can be difficult to park, at those times please call and book your flowers in advance if possible to avoid waiting.

Q8. Do You support your community in any way?
Answer: Yes 100%. We currently sponsor a local rugby team and also contribute by raising funds toward Willowbrook and breast cancer awareness. In 2021 we organised a sponsored swim in which Marita raised £1000 toward breast cancer awareness. We can't afford to contribute or sponsor every charity, buywill continue to keep to our preferred and local charity.

Q9. Do you offer a nationwide or worldwide delivery service?
Answer: We do not offer this service as it is always better for the customer to avoid using an agent, We are happy to help you find a good florist, just call us on 01744 21442 and ask one of the team for help, we have lots of contacts all over the UK and abroad
